Dick, wanna tango?
I finally have my health back and I’m ready to rock n’ roll. I am jumping right back into the kitchen with a fantastic dessert topping. You may put this on your ice-cream, yogurt, toast or even rice. It’s completely your call! I’m sure I’m not the only one who is trying to be good since it is still bikini season (eh, Dolls?) so I recommend putting this wonderful topping onto some well cooked brown rice.
Tango Mango Topping
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 13 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoons of organic extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of organic rosemary
1/4 cup of organic light brown sugar
2 ripe organic mangos
Directions
- Slice both mangos. Set aside.
- Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil to a saucepan over a medium flame.
- Add 1 tablespoon of rosemary and simmer for 2 minutes (the aroma in the air is heavenly).
- Add both the 1/4 cup of brown sugar and sliced mango.
- Allow all the ingredients to simmer and stir every 30-45 seconds for the next 5 minutes.
- Serve overtop your food choice (i.e. brown rice, ice-cream, etc.).
Sprinkles and kisses,
