With a SEVERE WEATHER report warning for the next 36 hours I am not taking this lightly. I am preparing for multiple nights of snowed in snuggling.

According to Santa, I was a GOOD GIRL this year! Besides the diamond necklace and bottle of Dom Perignon that he put under my decorated palm tree I also received this fabulous “Pin-up Girls of Hawaii” calendar! This gift is exactly my style and it is Eco-Friendly.

Thank you to a very special and fabulous Doll who sent me the most beautiful boutique of flowers. I have never seen (nor heard of) rainbow colored roses! Doll, you are always one step ahead.

I’ve been thinking about you…
My new Hawaiian kitchen is in the process of being set-up and I have (gasp!) not been able to cook. Thank goodness for my lovely new Doll neighbor who has been bringing me lovely Thai style dishes. I promise to be back and baking shortly.

When Dick first invited me to a get-away to Puerto Rico I figured that he was in dire need of some fun in the sun like me. Turns out that not only does he not enjoy being in the sun but he also does not swim. Well, I think he may have picked the wrong location to travel to but at least we are staying at a gorgeous four star hotel on the ocean. First class all the way!
As a fabulous guest I decided to turn this trip around and booked the two of us for a day trip trekking through the rainforest. Well, long behold I now realize the definition of rainforest. Let’s just say Dick wasn’t the only one who got wet.

While walking down the Polly Ann Trail this morning I saw the most beautiful animals and was able to capture them on my camera. I honestly felt like Snow White! A white tailed deer, a cottontail rabbit and a Robin all came out to greet me! Fabulous.
