MAN-go Delight!

Sprinkles and kisses,

I sure am!

While riding my bike for miles on end in the hot summer heat I decided to stop into a 7-11 to obtain a nice cold slurpee. As I walked into the cool AC and stepped up to the machine I had second thoughts. I looked at the list of ingredients and my rule of thumb is if I don’t know what it is (or worse if I do) I don’t put it in my body. So, now I’m left here hot, sweaty and thirsty. :-( Oh wait! I can totally make a slurpee! I hopped back onto my bike and peddled home as quickly as possible. Time for a slurpee Miss Poundcake style. :-)

Watermelon Slush is sweet, appealing to the eye and will quench your thirst. Enjoy!

Today my sister and I are spending the day at the spa. The most important part of being active and healthy is drinking lots of water. Water (to some people) can get boring so I’m going to show you how to jazz it up!
